<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 24pt; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;"><span style="line-height: 150%; font-family: 宋體; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;">×××有限公司位于高新技術產業開發區。占地面積80余畝，注冊資本金2000萬元，現有員工200余人，是一家集生豬、牛、羊收購、屠宰、加工、冷藏、銷售為一體的現代化民營企業。公司于2009年8月投資6000萬元進行技改升級，建成了年屠宰加工生豬100萬頭、分割肉10000噸生產能力的生產線兩條，產品日結凍能力150噸、預冷能力50噸，和低溫3000噸、高溫1000噸冷庫儲存能力，是國家三星級生豬屠宰企業，國家和省、市級豬肉貯備廠家，××省食品集團董事單位，××肉類協會副會長單位，省級農業產業化重點龍頭企業，也是××區唯一一家A類生豬定點屠宰廠。<span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 150%; font-family: 宋體; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;"><o:p></o:p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 24pt; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;">1、預處理除了隔油池、粗格柵外無其他預處理設施，導致預處理部分沒有達到處理效果；生物處理部分填料已經脫落，曝氣不均勻，硝化回流不理想，生化污泥含量偏低。導致廢水不能完全達標排放（主要是BOD5、NH4-N不達標）。<o:p></o:p>

現我公司根據廢水性質、以上問題和工程特點，提供以下方案供各位領導和專家決策。 <o:p></o:p>

 

屠宰廢水的主要污染物為有機物和SS，根據以往同類廢水處理經驗，屬于生化性較好的一類廢水，針對污水懸浮物高的特點采用機械格柵隔離污水中的大塊漂浮物和懸浮物，再用隔油池對污水中的高濃度油脂進行預處理，絮凝氣浮可以大幅降低污水中有機物、懸浮物和油脂的濃度，可以作為生化前的預處理工藝。 <o:p></o:p>

經過預處理的廢水進入一體化生化系統，由于污水中的剩余有機物多為大分子長鏈物質，直接進行好氧處理降解速度慢，效果差且能耗高，因此先采用水解酸化降低污水中的有機物濃度，處理效率高且節能，然后再進入缺氧池，去除總氮，最后進入好氧處理工藝，這樣對污水中的有機物具有很好的去除效果。 <o:p></o:p>

由于污水出水水質要求較高，需要達到《肉類加工工業水污染排放標準》（GB13457-1992）中的一級排放標準，因此好養處理工藝采用預曝氣和MBR相結合的模式，MBR處理工藝采用生物處理和過濾相結合的模式，截留微生物，對泥齡較長的硝化菌及亞硝化菌提供了良好的生存環境，氨氮去除效率高。<o:p></o:p>

由于該公司已經建設有一座廢水處理站，故本方案設計時盡量利用原有建筑物和設備，經我方工程師現場考察后得出的結果是：原有污水站可利用的構筑物和設備有機械格柵、調節池、污泥池、板框壓濾機、清水池。新建廢水處理站新增加的構筑物和設備有細格柵（轉鼓格柵）、氣浮設備、水解酸化池、缺氧池、MBR池及工藝所需的設備。新建設的廢水處理站產生的污泥定期打入原污水處理系統的污泥濃縮池中，減少新建系統的建設費用。<o:p></o:p>

<h3><a name="_Toc408783004">5.4</a>工藝簡介<o:p></o:p></h3>由于肉制品生產廢水中含有一定量的大塊漂浮物（血污、毛皮、碎肉、內臟雜物等污染物等），廢水先流經機械格柵、細格柵（轉鼓細格柵）去除漂浮物和毛皮等，保證后續設備的正常運行（利用原有污水處理站已有的一套粗格柵）。<o:p></o:p>格柵出水后自流進入調節池，考慮到屠宰廢水主要產生時間在00:00-3:00之間，瞬時流量比較大，故調節池設計停留時間為20h，有效容積為250m3（經現場考察，業主原建設有100m3的調節池，故我方再建一座150m3的池體，串聯起來利用即可）。調節池中的污水用泵抽吸到氣浮機內，進行固液分離處理。氣浮可去除絕大部分SS、色度CODcr、及部分BOD5，廢水中的油脂上浮到池表面，通過刮渣機刮除。氣浮設備出水進入中間水池，通過原有提升泵一部分打入原系統，另一部分通過新增提升泵打入新建廢水處理系統，首先自流進入解酸化池，水解酸化池能承受較高的有機負荷，把水中部分懸浮物降解為溶解性有機物，并把一些高分子長鏈物質分解為小分子的不飽和脂肪酸、醇等，提高了好氧細菌分解水中污染物的速度，水解酸化池出水進入缺氧池和好氧池，池中的細菌能將污水中的大部分有機物分解為二氧化碳和水，并進行硝化/反硝化，脫除污水中的氨氮。MBR 池水用泵抽吸出來后進入經過紫外線消毒達標排放。<o:p></o:p>系統產生的污泥進入原污泥濃縮池進行重力濃縮，經原有板框壓濾機壓成泥餅外運或作為肥料用。<o:p></o:p><h3 style="line-height:300%"><a name="_Toc408783005">5.5</a>、污染指標去除措施<o:p></o:p></h3><a name="_Toc353209129"></a><a name="_Toc352281309">本方案中主要污染物的去除措施如下：</a><o:p></o:p><a name="_Toc353209130"></a><a name="_Toc352281310">CODcr/BOD5</a>的去除：通過厭氧消化、生物降解法達到去除CODcr/BOD5的目的。<o:p></o:p><a name="_Toc353209131"></a><a name="_Toc352281311">SS</a>的去除：主要通過MBR達到去除SS的目的。<o:p></o:p><a name="_Toc353209132"></a><a name="_Toc352281312">動植物油的去除：主要通過氣浮裝置達到去除動植物油的目的。</a><o:p></o:p><a name="_Toc353209133"></a><a name="_Toc352281313">大腸桿菌群的去除：主要通過紫外線滅菌器消毒去除。</a><o:p></o:p>  <h1><a name="_Toc353209134">六、主要工藝介紹</a><o:p></o:p></h1><h2><a name="_Toc353209135">6.1</a>膜生物反應器(MBR)工藝介紹<o:p></o:p></h2>膜生物反應器(MBR)是一種由膜分離單元與生物處理單元相結合的新型水處理技術。實際上是三類反應器的總稱，分別是膜－曝氣生物反應器(MABR)、萃取膜生物反應器(EMBR)和膜分離生物反應器(MBR)，但由于前兩種反應器尚處在實驗室階段，無實際的工程應用，所以通常所說的膜生物反應器即是指膜分離生物反應器(MBR)。按膜組件和生物反應器的相對位置，膜分離生物反應器可分為分置式MBR和一體式MBR兩種。<o:p></o:p>分置式MBR通過料液循環錯流運行，生物反應器的混合由泵增壓后進入膜組件，在壓力作用下膜過濾液成為系統處理出水，活性污泥、大分子物質等則被膜截留。其特點是：運行穩定可靠，操作管理方便，易于膜清洗、更換及增設，但動力消耗高。<o:p></o:p>一體式MBR是將膜組件浸沒于生物反應器內，通過泵抽吸得到過濾液。一體式MBR利用曝氣時氣液向上的剪切力來實現膜面的錯流效果，也有采用在一體式膜組件附近進行葉輪攪拌和膜組件自身的旋轉來實現膜面錯流效應的。<o:p></o:p>一體化膜生物反應器，也稱浸沒式膜生物反應器是近年興起的一種新型工藝，該工藝將膜組件置于生物反應器中，通過工藝泵的負壓抽吸作用得到膜過濾出水，應用于MBR的膜組件有中空纖維膜、管式陶瓷膜和平板式膜。該工藝可以把固形物及其他大分子物質直接留在生物反應器內，通過曝氣在池內造成一定的旋轉流，以增加膜表面的紊流和減輕膜表面的污染。由于不需要混合液的循環系統，能耗較低，較分置式的MBR占地更為緊湊，不需復雜的支撐體，另外，MBR易于從現有的傳統活性污泥工藝進行改造，由此在污水的處理與回用中的技術研究而倍受關注，尤其是Yamamoto將中空纖維組件應用于活性污泥法以來，使MBR的運行成本大為降低。<o:p></o:p>常用于MBR工藝的膜有微濾膜(MF)和超濾膜(UF)。目前，大多數的MBR工藝都采用0.02～0.4μm的膜孔徑，這對于以截留微生物絮體為主的活性污泥來講，完全可以達到目的。膜材質包括有機胺和無機膜，有機膜制造相對便宜，應用廣泛，但在運行過程中易污染、壽命短；無機膜則抗污染能力強．壽命長，能在惡劣的環境下使用，但目前制造成本較高，所以難以得到廣泛的應用。常用過濾方式及去除粒徑詳見圖6-3。<o:p></o:p><h2><a name="_Toc353209136">6.2  MBR</a>工藝原理及特點<o:p></o:p></h2>MBR工藝是懸浮培養生物處理法(活性污泥法)和膜分離技術的結合，其中膜分離工藝代替傳統的活性污泥法中的二沉池，起著把生物處理工藝所依賴的微生物從生物培養液(混合液)中分離出來的作用，從而微生物得以在生化反應池內保留下來，同時保證出水中基本上不含微生物和其他懸浮物。<o:p></o:p>

常規活性污泥法可以去除95%的懸浮固體和可生化有機物，但出水水質在很大程度上取決于沉淀池的水力條件和污泥的沉降性能，運行較好時的出水懸浮固體濃度為20～30mg/L；運行不良時出水中懸浮固體濃度上升，會攜帶大量SS，影響出水水質。運行狀況嚴重惡化時(污泥膨脹)更是造成活性污泥大量外泄，系統趨于崩潰。因此，需要設計大容積的沉淀池為泥水的充分分離提供足夠的停留時間，特別是對進水波動大的污水更是如此。膜生物反應器有效克服了與污泥沉降性能有關的限制條件，并起到了取代二沉池的作用，同時還能達到澄清和除菌的目的。MBR 能維持較高的生物量濃度，通常MLSS 為8～10g/Ｌ，最高可達10～15g/L，而常規活性污泥法曝氣池中的MLSS 為3～5g/L。因此，MBR 工藝的占地面積僅為常規處理的1/2～1/3。MBR 法工藝簡單，可同時起到多個處理構筑物的作用。膜分離使污水中的大分子難降解成分在體積有限的生物反應器內有足夠的停留時間，從而達到較高的去除效果。高生物量濃度使MBR工藝能以緊湊的系統獲得較高的有機物去除率，并能通過維持底F/M 的方式減少剩余污泥量。<o:p></o:p>關于本期屠宰廢水問題征集中，可聯系管理提交問題或在文章回復留言。

厭氧池沒有投加污泥，現在是回流好氧污泥。SBR池SV30現在維持在40%,多余污泥就往厭氧池回流。

看你這個流程，厭氧池其實應該是水解酸化池，這種水解酸化池+SBR工藝，水解都是帶填料的，不是AO ，污泥不需要回流。<div> </div><div>填料的水解酸化池，嚴格來說還是厭氧反應，這種污泥用好氧池的接種，效果不會好。還是找厭氧污泥，或者厭氧堆積過的污泥來投加，本身水解酸化池的菌種培養就很慢，好氧污泥進入，會更慢。</div><div> </div><div>將來厭氧池調試好了，千萬要記住，正常運行的時候，SBR的污泥，不要進入厭氧池。</div>

之所以色度這么深，是因為活性污泥不成熟，有機物高，處理完成后，裝到瓶子里面，和礦泉水差不多，稍微帶色。<div> </div><div> </div><div>沉住氣吧，需要時間，不需要考慮脫色。</div>

人工清理，每天清理一次，和糞便堆在一起，有果園來拉。
