王浩,男,53歲,教授級高工,博導,中國工程院院士,現任中現任中國水利水電科學研究院水資源所所長,兼任水利部科技委委員、國家林業局專家咨詢委員會委員、國家環境保護總局咨詢委員會委員、中國水科院科技委水利專業委員會副主任、全球水伙伴(中國)秘書長、中國自然資源學會副理事長、中國可持續發展研究會常務理事兼水問題專業委員會主任、中國水利學會理事兼水文專業委員會副主任、百千萬工程國家級人選評審委員會委員等職。王浩教授長期從事水文水資源研究,曾主持完成國家科技攻關項目課題、國家973項目課題、中國工程院咨詢項目、國家自然科學基金重點項目等重大國家科技項目以及其他部門和地方項目數十項;此外還參與完成世行、亞行以及其他國際合作項目多項。通過主持上述項目,在流域水循環過程模擬、水資源評價、水資源規劃、水資源配置和調度、生態需水理論及其計算方法、水價理論與實踐、水資源管理以及節水型社會建設等方面取得一系列成果,整體構成了符合我國國情的流域水資源科學調配的理論方法體系。至今,王浩教授已出版專著16部,發表學術論文100余篇,其中《西北地區水資源合理配置與承載能力研究》一書獲得“國家優秀圖書獎”;現已獲得國家科學技術進步二等獎4項,省部級一等獎5項;已獲全國“先進工作者”、中央國家機關“五一”勞動獎章等榮譽多項。

Prof. Wang has been engaged in research on hydrology and water
resources for many years.
He has charged of many national key planning and consulting projects, such as
key project/special subject on scientific and technical, Key Basic Study Project
(No. 973 Project) on the national development plan, major consulting projects of
Chinese Academy of Engineering and project on the Natural Sciences Fund and tens
of regional level key projects. He has also contributed to many major
international cooperation projects, with World Bank, Asian Development Bank and
other international institutions.
Through taking charge of a series of
principal fundamental research and planning projects, Prof. Wang has made a
series of achievements in the field of simulation of river basin water cycle
processes; water resources evaluation, planning, allocation and dispatch; theory
and calculating methodology for ecological water requirements; theory and
practice of water price, water resource management; and the development of a
water-conservation-oriented society. All of these have holistically formed a
kind of theoretical and methodological system for the scientific distribution of
river basin water resources adaptable to the situation of China.
Prof. Wang has published over 100 academic papers and 16 monographs, of which
the book entitled Study on the Rational Allocation and Carrying Capacity of
Water Resources in the Northwestern Region won the National Award for an
Outstanding Book and the Henan Provincial Honorary Award for an Outstanding
Book.
To date, Prof. Wang has won: the 2nd prize of the National Award for
Outstanding Contribution to the Advancement of Science & Technology 4 times,
and the 1st prize of the Ministry level 5 times. He has also received several
national and provincial honorary titles including the 1st May Labour Medal in
2004 awarded by the National Trade Union Federation; and the National Advanced
Worker in 2005.
