Abstract:
A combine process of modified ultrafiltration membrane and ion-exchange membrane
was introduced for desalination of oilfield wastewater with polymer. The results
indicated that modified ultrafiltration membrane had strong antipollution ability, could efficiently remove the crude oil,
suspend solids and polymer in the wastewater, but also ensured the after
ion-exchange membrane system ran steadily. The desalted oilfield wastewater
could confect high viscosity
polymer solution that it would become a substitute for tap water on-site. The
research opened up a new way for
oilfield
wastewater reclamation.

1.處理裝置及試驗方法
1.1處理裝置
超濾膜采用哈爾濱工業大學改性超濾膜,其材質為PVDF,截留分子質量為120
ku,具有抗油、聚合物污染的性能。離子交換膜為3361和3362型異相陰陽離子交換膜,陽膜面電阻< 12
Ω
·c m2 ,陰膜面電阻<
15Ω·c m2, 電極材料為鈦涂釕。改性超濾膜設備進水量20 m3/h,產水量為16.5 m3/h,產水率82%;離子交換膜設備進水量16.5 m3/h,產水量為12.5 m3/h,產水率75%產水量。試驗裝置如圖1所示.
1.2實驗地點及工藝流程
試驗地點為大慶采油公司聚南八污水處理站,該污水站現采用自然沉降、混凝沉降、兩次壓力過濾處理工藝 ,處理水回注到高滲透地層。本研究擬將該處理水進行脫鹽,然后用脫鹽水配制聚合物。采用的工藝如圖2所示。將經過兩級沉降、兩級過濾的水,先進行超濾膜進行預處理,然后進入離子交換膜裝置脫鹽。
