中環保水務投資有限公司（簡稱“中環水務”）成立于2003年11月，是中國節能投資公司及其下屬企業中國環境保護公司與上海實業控股有限公司及其下屬企業上實基建控股有限公司共同投資設立的一家專業從事水務項目投資、建設及運營的中外合資投資公司。公司注冊資本拾億元人民幣，雙方股東各持股50％。公司經營范圍包括投資、建設和運營自來水廠、污水處理廠、管網等城市經營性水務項目等。

General Water of China Company Limited (“General Water of China”) specializes in the investment, development, and management service of water utilities in People’s Republic of China, including water treatment plants, water distribution networks, sewerage works, and sewerage and drainage systems.   Founded in November 2003, the Company is a Sino-foreign joint venture held by China Energy Conservation Investment Corporation (“CECIC”) and Shanghai Industrial Holdings Limited (“Shanghai Industrial”). It has RMB 1 billion in registered paid-up capital, with either shareholder owning 50% of the issued shares.
