中法水務投資有限公司（中法水務）由法國蘇伊士環境集團和香港新創建集團有限公司合資組成。自20世紀90年代創建以來，中法水務已在中國15個省、巿擁有20家合作企業，業務遍布大江南北，北源吉林省四平、南至海南省三亞、東起上海、西達重慶，投入的資金總額已超過億元人民幣，日供水能力達518萬立方米，日市政污水處理能力30萬立方米，工業污水處理3.75萬立方米，供水人口達1,350萬。其業務主要分為四大類型：飲用水處理、城市全方位供水服務、市政污水處理及工業水處理。

Sino French Water Development Company Limited (“SFWD”) is a joint venture established between SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT of France and NWS Holdings Limited of Hong Kong. SFWD began making inroads into Mainland China in the early 1990s and now operates 20 joint ventures in 15 municipalities in China. With a total investment of over RMBbillion, the company provides drinking water services to around 13.5 million inhabitants. Its facilities produce 5,180,000 m3/d of water and treat 300,000 m3/d of municipal sewage and 37,500 m3/d of industrial wastewater. These 20 joint ventures spread throughout China, North to Siping in Jilin, South to Sanya in Hainan, East to Shanghai and West to Chongqing, and are classified into four types: water production, full services, municipal sewage treatment services and industrial wastewater treatment services.
